Responsibilities:
● Assist VeloU’s Strength & Conditioning Coordinator in coaching responsibilities.
● Aid in maintaining a clean and professional training environment.
● Support athletes in executing proper warm-ups, movement drills, and strength training routines.
● Observe and assist with performance tracking and injury prevention strategies.
● Support data collection and performance tracking to enhance training effectiveness (Force plates,
sprint lasers, etc.).
Requirements:
● Passion for coaching and helping athletes improve their strength and movement patterns.
● Motivated to learn and contribute to a dynamic sports performance environment.
● Ability to quickly adapt and exemplify the VeloU coaching standard.
● Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field (preferred but not required).
