This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of both digital content creation and the sport of baseball, capable of merging these elements to produce compelling and educational content that resonates with a diverse audience.
This role requires a combination of technical video production skills, a deep understanding of baseball, and the ability to convey coach in a and training concepts through compelling visual storytelling.
The primary responsibility of this role is to aid the Performance Directors in order to ensure that all responsibilities related to the training of athletes are fulfilled to the standard expected of Velo University. The duties of this role include anything that will ensure each training practice accomplishes three main goals; Reduce athletic injuries Improve athletic performance Provide a place of psychosocial safety for each athlete
